Jonathan Stebbings works internationally as a consultant, trainer, coach and keynote speaker. 

He works with CEOs and boards, as well as graduates and first line staff for organisations such as: Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Deloittes, Northern Trust, HSBC, Axa Group, Aviva, Cisco, Microsoft, GSK, CibaVision, 3M, Stanley Black & Decker, Rolls Royce, Toyota, Daimler, Bertelsmann, Total, Unilever, The UN, Campaign for Leadership, Cranfield University, Harvard Business School, Oxford University’s Said Business School and INSEAD. 

Jonathan has worked with multicultural groups in the Middle East with Stanley Black & Decker, Microsoft and Tasweeq.

He focuses on personal impact (including body and voice work), individual & organisational communication, management & leadership, and innovation & creativity.

Jonathan is a former commercial lawyer. He also founded, grew and sold a cultural tour company. For 6 years he taught Secondary School English & Drama. Since 1998 he been coaching and training in organisations and the community.

Jonathan follows a pragmatic individual approach rather than a strict methodology, drawing on experience from his career and appropriate tools, psychometrics, training models and techniques from theatre work. Jonathan is also an Associate of Olivier Mythodrama, one of the world’s most dynamic and original developers of leadership. OMA combine theatrical, psychological and management development techniques to explore leadership issues and develop authentic leaders through the use of Shakespeare’s plays, poetry and myth. This work requires highly developed skills in performance, presentation, facilitation and coaching.
