Organisational Development is about helping teams and organisations to be the most effective, thriving, dynamic and creative that they can possibly be. Using a wide range of tools and methodologies, including Process Work, Appreciative Inquiry, Performance Coaching, and processes developed at the Findhorn Foundation, we focus on:
“The trainers were excellent and the training was just what we needed as a team – a chance to come together and develop a shared vision, as well as a safe space to explore and resolve tensions.”
- Adrian Voce, Director, Play England, NCB
FCS training programmes can be developed to meet a wide range of client needs. They can be delivered within the inspirational setting of the Findhorn Foundation or at any venue you choose. We can offer trainings in:
"The focalisers were role models for the way I would like to work with my partner. Deeply human in all senses. Showing what the Findhorn experience has to offer to the business consultancy world."
- Jan, workshop participant, 'Art of Leadership'
Supporting the individual to develop a deeper sense of meaning and purpose at work, through coaching, supervision and mentoring, benefits not only the individuals themselves and the teams they are part of, but also the organisation to which they belong.
Our approaches involve working intuitively and empathically from a transpersonal perspective, particularly through Process Work and the Frameworks for Change Coaching Process. We aim to balance the needs of the organisation with the needs of the individual, for the benefit of the whole.
We also offer a one-to-one service that supports executives to lead and communicate with presence, enabling the client to inspire confidence, command respect and build credibility. Executive Leadership Development harnesses personal authenticity for building strong relationships based on trust.
"Excellent, inspiring, motivating - challenged us."
- Susan Waters, Impact Trading
The Process Work paradigm, developed by Drs. Amy and Arny Mindell and colleagues, is a transdisciplinary approach derived from years of practice and observation. Process Work initially worked with individuals and then evolved to encompass a new way of working with the complete spectrum of group and organisational life.

These skills increase awareness of unconscious group dynamics, which may be creating challenges or conflict in your organisation leading to potential growth and learning in even the most difficult situations.
"The central element behind all process work applications is the concept of nature, and that the flow of even painful or difficult events can become useful if we follow them exactly, compassionately, and with awareness."
- Arnold Mindell: "The Leader as Martial Artist: Techniques and Strategies for Resolving Conflict and Creating Community"
What is Process Work:
Process Work (PW) is an interdisciplinary and interactive method of working of with challenges in your inner life, relationships and daily living, that offers attitudes and skills to facilitate transformation and growth. Process Work facilitates both individual and collective change processes, working with the transformation of conflict, and psychological, physical and social issues.
Process Work has embodied learning and increasing awareness at its heart. This approach values the creative nature of process, even within apparently very disturbing and complex situations. It is underpinned by the multi-dimensional framework and philosophy of deep democracy, which has embracing diversity at its core, and provides helpful tools and frameworks for facilitating teams, organisations and communities.
Who is it for: Process Work is for all those interested in deepening relationship with themselves, with their loved ones and with the world around them. Perhaps you are a facilitator or leader working in local government, neighborhood transformation and community development, or you are a group facilitator, community worker, leader or coach interested in collaboration and change? This perspective provides new approaches and skills for anyone interested in how to bring together diverse groups or topics in creative and transformative ways. Process Work training helps to develop or deepen the existing skills and attitudes needed to facilitate the complex experiences arising in today’s world.
What is it for: Process Work is awareness based – a transformation and growth facilitation method, which can be adapted and implemented in a wide range of ways; from leadership training to the facilitation of diversity and conflict in relationship, groups, organizations and public events. It also supports individuals and families experiencing challenges, illness and loss. Process Work is applied on both individual and collective levels, and perceives the two as interrelated.
