Process Work
What is Process Work:

Process Work facilitates both individual and collective change processes, working with the transformation of conflict, and psychological, physical and social issues.
Embodied learning and increasing awareness are fundamental pillars to the Process Work method. This approach values the creative nature of life, even within apparently very disturbing and complex situations. It is underpinned by the multi-dimensional framework and philosophy of deep democracy, which has embracing diversity at its core, and provides helpful tools and frameworks for facilitating teams, organisations and communities.
