Ana Rhodes Castro
Ana is an organizational consultant, trainer, therapist and executive coach. For the last 15 years, she has worked as a trainer and facilitator with individuals and groups in diverse settings ranging from the Findhorn Ecovillage in Scotland, UK, USA,China, Italy and Spain to Universities in Latin America.
She has trained in a variety of personal and organizational development skills including Systems theory, Profiling and behavioral analysis, Supervision, Executive Couching. She is also in her final stages of completing the Diploma in Process Orientated Psychology.
From 2003 to 2009 she worked for the Findhorn Foundation as HR Manager and from 2019 to 2013 as CEO.
She runs her own consultancy business working with diverse client groups, cross sector engagement, including cross-cultural education, corporate work , civic society and NGOs.
She has worked with the clinical medical system in Scotland and specialize in Extreme States of awareness, such as depression , addictions, OCD,panic and anxiety,personality disorders, self harm..etc
She is the founder of a center dedicated to the Transformation of human conflict in Madrid (CTCH). That specializes in long term trainings and consultancy in the facilitation of Diversity issues, Conflict and Love at an individual ,relational and systemic levels.
One of Ana’s greatest passions is maximising the inherent potential of individuals, groups and organisations in a way that is supportive and enhances the natural leadership that lives in people.
